Movie S1 (.mov - 4 MB)
This movie shows for all 13 subjects the 6 realignment parameters (position traces, in gray) and the summary motion trace (red), for all 4 runs in each subject. Two of the runs are with head molds on, two of the runs are without head molds, just using standard foam padding. These plots are used to compose Figure 1 and Figures S3-S5 in the article.

Movie S2 (.mov - 16 MB; .pdf - 45 MB)
This movie shows grayplots of all scans, with position traces in gray, FD motion in red, DVARS in blue, and the timeseries of 264 10 mm diameter regions of interest (ROIs) in the heat map, the ROIs reported in Power et al., 2011. At the end of the .pdf are scrubbing plots for each subject for the ON and OFF conditions as well (some of which are shown in Figure 5 of the manuscript).
